Workflow
- While documenting the Visit encounter, record the diagnosis, as appropriate
- Open the Symptoms/Diagnosis section
- Ensure the patient has a diagnosis of tooth or dental decay, as applicable
- Continue documenting the encounter, as appropriate
- When completed, Close and Archive the encounter
